Our plumbing project manager, Noel, brings years of hands-on experience and advanced technical insight to every job. With over 12 years of plumbing experience, Noel approaches every project with precision, deep code knowledge, and an eye for efficiency and aesthetics alike. Together, our team delivers solutions and plumbing systems that not only perform flawlessly but also support the architectural and design goals of the entire home.

Our plumbing services include: 

• Whole-Home Supply Line Re-Plumbing – We replace outdated or corroded lines with Type L copper (ideal for homes without acidic water) or PEX-A for flexibility and freeze resistance. We also work with CPVC, PVC, and polybutylene replacement systems, depending on the property’s age and water chemistry.
• DWV (Drain, Waste & Vent) Re-Plumbing – Complete replacement or repair using schedule 40 PVC for optimal flow and longevity. We also handle safe transitions from older materials such as cast iron, galvanized steel, or ABS using the correct shielded couplings and transition adapters (e.g., Fernco or Mission-style fittings) for airtight, code-compliant tie-ins.
• Permit-Ready Service – As licensed Class A contractors and Master Plumber, we handle all permit applications and inspections directly, ensuring a smooth, compliant process start to finish.
• Bathroom Remodels – Full reconfigurations including plumbing alterations, rain showerhead installations, freestanding tubs, pressure optimization, and complete supply/DWV rerouting for your new layout.
• Kitchen Remodels – New sink, island, or appliance rough-ins; rerouting of water and waste lines; and integration of filtration, disposal, and under-sink systems.
• Plumbing Design & Plan Review – We draft or modify plumbing schematics for remodels and additions, coordinating with our design team to optimize flow, venting, and access.
• Sump Pumps, Waterproofing & Drainage – Complete sump pump systems, perimeter drains, and foundation waterproofing solutions. We also design and bore discharge lines and coordinate with our licensed electrician for dedicated GFCI circuits and battery-backup power installation.
• Water Heater Replacement – Expert replacement of electric hot water heaters and coordination with licensed gas specialists where required by code for gas systems.
